Role Description The strategist / growth driver will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that expand the reach, impact, and sustainability of Samaritan Academy for Global Migrants. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing needs and opportunities within migrant communities, defining growth priorities, and developing program, partnership,



and outreach plans. The person in this role will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to align operations with long-term goals. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and continuously refining approaches based on data, feedback, and changing conditions.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, program development, and growth or expansion initiatives in a social impact, education, or community-focused setting.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and relationship management with NGOs, community groups, government agencies, or international organizations.
