Role Description This is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site customer visits and office work, alongside some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Application Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts,



and promote specialized cutting tools and lubricants across relevant industries. The role involves providing technical application support, understanding customer processes, recommending appropriate products, and conducting product demonstrations and trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical proposals, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and tracking sales performance and forecasts. The engineer will also gather market intelligence, support after-sales service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
