Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead our real estate operations in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall branch operations and sales activities.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
Drive property sales, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines,
and daily activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch’s market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales and branch/team management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage business operations.
Robust network of channel partners and property consultants preferred.
