To ensure the smooth functioning of CNC/VMC machines by performing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to minimize machine downtime and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
• Maintain machine electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.
• Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication system issues.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine alarms and coordinate with service engineers when required.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential machine failures.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance practices.




• Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted machine operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Required Skills

• CNC/VMC machine troubleshooting.
• Electrical panel and motor maintenance.
