Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Manager and Designer role based in Mumbai, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, managing brand pages, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule across major platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets and layouts, designing posts and stories, writing or refining captions, and aligning content with campaign objectives.



The person in this role will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience engagement, collaborate with copywriters and account managers, and adapt content based on insights and trends. The position also includes coordinating with clients for approvals, ensuring brand guidelines are followed, and contributing to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.
Qualifications

• Strong social media management skills, including platform-specific best practices, content planning, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva) and an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
