Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Customer Success Manager role based in Mumbai. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of ekincare’s health benefits platform.



The role includes conducting regular check-ins, reviewing performance metrics, addressing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues. The individual will identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, gather feedback to improve products and services, and support renewal and expansion discussions. Day-to-day activities involve relationship management, coordination with operations and product teams, and delivering clear, data-driven updates to client stakeholders.
