Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and grow these communities.
Content Creation and Management
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to create high-quality, engaging content.Community Engagement
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the social media community to build relationships and foster community growth.
- Manage and moderate comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting




- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights to inform future strategies.
- Utilize social media management and analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content and promote company initiatives.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
- Implement innovative social media tactics to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
