Job Description GT Sales Manager Department: Sales & Distribution Experience Required: 3 to 5+ Years Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (plus Business travel expense provided by company) Location: Field-based / South India focus (PAN India as required) About the Role We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Sales Professional to spearhead our General Trade (GT) and B2B sales operations. The primary focus of this role is to manage and expand our Rupa distribution network across wholesale and retail chains. This is a highly mobile, field-heavy role requiring strong networking skills, multilingual proficiency, and a proven track record in FMCG/Apparel distribution. Key Responsibilities Dealer & Distributor Management: Travel extensively to visit, manage, and engage with dealers and distributors, primarily focusing on Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, with additional PAN India coverage as required. Business Development: Actively identify and onboard current retail and wholesale clients to drive B2B sales volume and expand market penetration.



Supply Chain Monitoring: Oversee and track the continuous supply of inventory to dealers and distributors, ensuring zero stock-outs and timely deliveries. Sales Coordination: Work closely and coordinate seamlessly with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) regarding daily sales, order processing, target achievements, and market feedback. Network Building: Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners, and large-format retail chains to strengthen brand presence. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3 to 4+ years of proven experience in General Trade, distribution management, or B2B sales (Apparel/Innerwear or FMCG experience is highly preferred). Linguistic Proficiency: Must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and English to effectively negotiate and communicate across diverse regions. Travel Readiness: Must be highly comfortable with extensive tourin
