Role Description The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring EHS policies, procedures, and programs across the facility to ensure compliance with applicable environmental and occupational health regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace inspections and risk assessments, supporting incident investigations, maintaining EHS documentation, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The EHS Executive will deliver safety trainings, promote awareness campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace safety, environmental performance, and emergency preparedness. This role also involves preparing reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Environmental Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), with the ability to develop, implement, and monitor EHS programs.




• Knowledge of Environmental Compliance requirements, including applicable laws, regulations, and standards relevant to manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Understanding of Occupational Health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace health monitoring.
• Effective Communication skills for conducting trainings, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in EHS or safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in electronics or similar sectors.
