Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Talent Strategy Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling, coordinate meetings, and facilitate cross-team communications.
• Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.
• Enhance employer branding strategies across various talent networks.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
