The chance

This is the senior-most revenue cycle leadership role in India, and it carries a business, not a function.
You will own hospital and physician revenue cycle delivery for our provider portfolio out of India — the outcomes our clients contracted for,



the economics that make those outcomes profitable, the capability that keeps us ahead, and the leadership team that delivers all three. You will report to the Global Delivery Head, Healthcare Provider, and partner with US business leadership, Solutioning, Technology and Finance.
It is a role for someone who has already run a large multi-site operation and wants the next thing: deciding what work the business should take on and at what price, standing behind outcome-based commitments in front of a health system CFO, and rebuilding the cost curve with agentic AI rather than adding heads to the problem.

The business
• Full India P&L; for hospital and physician RCM: revenue, gross margin, EBIT, and the investment cases that trade near-term margin for long-term capability.
• The annual operating plan and multi-year capacity strategy — location footprint, build-versus-flex decisions, and the economics of expansi
