Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Senior HR Consultant to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and strict compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• High-level proficiency with modern cloud-based enterprise solutions.




• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
