Role Summary
The Sales Executive – Senior Living will be responsible for handling prospective customer enquiries, conducting project presentations and site visits, maintaining regular follow-ups and converting qualified leads into bookings. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach and the ability to build trust with prospective residents and their families while delivering a professional, consultative and relationship-led sales experience.
Key Responsibilities




· Handle enquiries generated through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, channel partners and other lead sources.
· Contact prospective customers promptly, understand their requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
· Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective residents and their families.
· Explain the project's features, amenities, lifestyle offerings, services and pricing to prospective customers.
· Understand customer preferences, budget, lifestyle expectations and family requirements to recommend suitable residences.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through effective communication and personalised engagement.
· Follow up with leads through calls, emails, messages and meetings to move prospects through the sales funnel.
· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and record all customer interactions, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM system.
