Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a innovative University Relations Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Leverage data analytics to track time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized,
or leadership skill sets.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
