Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a innovative Talent Intelligence Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate competitive offers and close top-tier candidates efficiently.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).




• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized, or leadership skill sets.
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
