Qualifications & Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Business,Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)•2+ years' experience in a project coordination, operations, business support, or analytical role within a technology, services, or professional services environment•Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously•Excellent attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate information across complex workstreams•Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, and data visualization•Proficient in reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools including Power Point, Share Point, Power BI, and project tracking platforms•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear reports, meeting notes, and status updates•Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and levels of seniority

Preferred Experience

•Experience supporting business operations, operational governance, project delivery, or program management activities•Familiarity with project management methodologies, project tracking tools, and portfolio reporting practices•Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, reporting packs, or executive updates•Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, Excel reporting solutions,



or similar business intelligence tools•Familiarity with service management platforms, CRM systems, or workflow management tools•Experience working within a global organization across multiple regions and time zones
