We are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Analyst Cybersecurity to join the Security Integrated into Projects (SIP) team within the CISO Office.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in embedding cybersecurity and compliance requirements into IT projects from the earliest stages, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for IT projects across business units.
- Identify security risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Integrate security-by-design principles into project planning and implementation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, IT Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, PMO, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide expert recommendations and risk insights to the SIP Lead.
- Manage multiple projects and communicate security risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk assessments and project security integration.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Robust understanding of risk mitigation, security governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead discussions and manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred: CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications. Knowledge of Export Control and AI regulations is an added advantage.
