Job Objective

To use the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for day-to-day business transactions, maintain accurate data, and support smooth business operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain business transactions in the ERP system.

- Work with ERP modules related to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, Production, Accounts, or other relevant departments.

- Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, receipts, dispatches, and other business transactions.

- Generate ERP reports and share relevant information with concerned departments.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

- Verify transaction details and maintain data accuracy in the ERP system.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and established data management practices.





- Support day-to-day operational activities and assist in resolving basic ERP-related issues.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Prior exposure to ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or manufacturing ERP systems will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Stores, or Production is desirable.

- Positive communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior experience working on any ERP application.

- Candidates who have worked in manufacturing or trading companies.

- Freshers with basic computer skills and an interest in learning ERP applications.

- Candidates who can maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with different departments.
