Job Title: EQD Structured Pricing & Trading Analyst

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform risk analytics on Equity Exotics Trading Books, tracking exposures and sensitivities.

- Manage market inputs, including dividends, repo, forwards, volatility, and correlation for exotic instruments.

- Support structured product ideation, pricing, and execution for European markets.

- Monitor trade execution and resolve operational issues through European market close.

- Support hedging strategies in coordination with AEJ and US trading desks.

- Collaborate with European Sales to enhance client engagement and business growth.

- Develop analytical tools to automate workflows and improve trading strategies.

- Identify process gaps and strengthen controls, analytics, and trading infrastructure.





Requisites

- Strong understanding of Equity Derivatives, Structured Products, Greeks, and hedging strategies.

- Valuable knowledge of market dynamics, pricing, competitor offerings, and product innovation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- High attention to detail and commitment to risk management and execution quality.

- Ability to collaborate with Trading, Quant, Sales, and Technology teams.

- Excellent communication, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong programming skills and ability to support automation and infrastructure development.
