Job Title : IWM Control Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the Front Office Supervision framework and ensure effective operational risk controls.

- Monitor and assess operational risks, controls, and compliance processes within the business.

- Perform risk reporting and analysis, summarizing key insights for stakeholders.

- Review processes, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure control effectiveness.

- Assist in incident tracking, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.

- Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Support governance activities, including audits, reviews, and control assessments.

- Work on process enhancements and control standardization initiatives.





- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on risk, control, and compliance matters.

Requisites

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CA).

- Understanding of Operational Risk, Controls, and Supervision frameworks.

- Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment banking products.

- Solid analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (VBA/macros).

- Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

- Exposure to process improvement, governance, and risk management practices.

- Basic project management and coordination skills.
