Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end product and project delivery within the Lending domain.
- Work closely with business, product, technology, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Drive the complete SDLC, including
- Define product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional development, QA, business, and operations teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify delivery risks and dependencies and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Provide regular project and product updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and overall lending objectives.
