About the role
We are looking for an Area Business Manager to drive sales and business growth across Maharashtra in the pharmaceutical sector.

What you'll do

- Manage sales operations across the assigned territory
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives
- Achieve sales targets and market share goals
- Build relationships with doctors, hospitals and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Report on sales performance and forecasts

What we're looking for
Essential

- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including team leadership
- Robust knowledge of the Maharashtra market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in Maharashtra, India
- Willingness to travel extensively

Nice to have

- Science or pharmacy degree
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics
