Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Agency Manager to drive sales through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve business targets and ensure quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets.
- Drive business growth through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and operational processes.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with agents.
- Generate leads and support agents in converting prospects into customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC,
or Agency Channel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
