Job Purpose
The Senior Domain Manager – UniConnect Azure Network Platform is responsible for strategy, architecture, governance, engineering, operations, security, resilience and lifecycle management of Azure network services supporting UniConnect applications and enterprise integrations.
The role owns end-to-end Azure network services including:
• Azure Virtual Networks
• Virtual WAN
• Azure Firewall
• Azure Load Balancer
• Azure Application Gateway
• Azure WAF
• Azure Front Door
• ExpressRoute
• VPN Gateway
• Network Security Groups
• Route Tables
• Azure DNS

• Hub-Spoke Architecture
• Multi-region Connectivity
• DR Connectivity
The incumbent ensures secure, scalable, highly available and compliant connectivity services supporting UniConnect applications across Production, UAT and Disaster Recovery environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
A. Azure Network Strategy & Architecture
• Define Azure networking strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish Azure Landing Zone connectivity standards.
• Govern Hub-Spoke architecture.
• Approve Azure network designs.
• Define network segmentation standards.
• Establish secure hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Define enterprise connectivity roadmaps.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives.
• Maintain architecture governance.

B. UniConnect Application Network Ownership
• Own end-to-end network support for UniConnect applications.
• Ensure secure connectivity between applications and backend services.
• Manage network dependencies for customer-facing services.




• Support onboarding of current UniConnect services.
• Manage connectivity to external business partners and fintech ecosystem.
• Maintain application connectivity standards.
• Coordinate with application teams.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity issues.
• Govern network requirements during releases.
• Validate network readiness before production deployment.
3C. Azure Connectivity & Integration Services
• Own end-to-end connectivity between UniConnect applications and enterprise services.
• Govern Azure ExpressRoute architecture.
• Manage Azure VPN Gateway infrastructure.
• Manage Site-to-Site and Point-to-Site VPN connectivity.
• Own BGP routing architecture.
• Manage route propagation across Azure environments.
• Support connectivity with partner ecosystems.
• Support integration with payment gateways and third-party institutions.
• Govern hybrid connectivity standards.
• Support Internet, MPLS and SD-WAN integrations.
• Maintain connectivity inventories and dependencies.
• Conduct failover and failback testing.
• Manage telecom provider escalations.
• Ensure bandwidth availability planning.
• Maintain connectivity resilience across Production and DR.
