Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper storage, material identification, and stock arrangement.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure timely material issuance to production or other departments.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain inward and outward registers, GRN, delivery challans, and other warehouse documentation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper utilization of storage space.
