Role Description The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the representative will make outbound and respond to inbound calls to generate leads, present company services, and convert prospects into customers. The position involves understanding client requirements, explaining relevant solutions,



and updating CRM or sales tracking systems with accurate information. The representative will follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings for the field and account management teams, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Daily tasks also include meeting call and sales targets, collaborating with colleagues on campaigns, and providing feedback to improve scripts and sales processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, and the ability to explain technical or service offerings in simple terms.
