Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a strategic People Analytics Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track workforce trends.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary HR tech liaison.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR,



CCPA) and security protocols.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to translate complex HR processes into automated system workflows.
• Strong background in HR data analytics and reporting.
