Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed Agile Recruiter to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all hiring practices.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define core competency needs.
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and structured interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in advanced ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Excellent ability to assess technical, specialized,



or leadership skill sets.
• High-level proficiency with specialized talent sourcing tools and CRM platforms.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
