Job Description – Business Analyst (Pega & Banking Domain)

Project: CSTAR – Application Reimagination & Rebuild

Experience: 8–12 Years (Preferred)

Technology: Pega 26

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking Domain expertise and Pega knowledge to support the reimagination and rebuild of the CSTAR application using Pega 26.

Key Responsibilities

Understand existing CSTAR business processes, workflows, and business rules.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state business processes.

Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and improved efficiency.

Translate business requirements into Pega case management workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze upstream and downstream system integrations, data flows, and business dependencies.

Collaborate with Pega architects, developers,



and QA teams throughout the application development lifecycle.

Support requirement validation, SIT, UAT, and business sign-off.

Mandatory Skills

Robust Banking Domain experience, particularly in payments, adjustments, returns, and exception processing.

Good knowledge of Pega case management, workflows, business rules, and SLAs.

Experience in business requirements gathering, process redesign, and greenfield application development.

Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.

Strong Agile, Jira, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA).

Experience with Pega Blueprint and Pega 24/26.

Knowledge of wholesale banking, fraud management, and reconciliation.

Experience in banking application reimagination and end-to-end process automation.
