We are currently looking for an experienced OSS Technician – Level 3 (L3) in India to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and maintain server and end-user computing environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 3 technical support for computer hardware, software, operating systems, and server environments.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals,



and server equipment.
• Perform advanced hardware diagnostics, component replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Support server hardware, server operating systems, and related IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot OEM-specific hardware issues across Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM, and other assigned platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for recurring technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist or engineering teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical changes.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and technical teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, security requirements, technical standards, and established procedures.
• Ensure incidents and assigned tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
