Role Description The Continental Commis role is a full-time, on-site position located in North Goa, focused on supporting the continental kitchen operations. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking and plating dishes as per standardized recipes, and maintaining quality and portion control. The Continental Commis will assist senior chefs in menu execution, mise en place, and special events service, while following food safety and hygiene standards.



Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness of workstations, proper storage of ingredients, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. The role also requires learning new recipes, supporting inventory management, and contributing to a positive, effective kitchen environment.
Qualifications

• Foundational culinary skills in continental cuisine, including basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and plating.
