Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a visionary Employee Wellbeing Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• High-level proficiency with HRIS platforms and employee engagement software.




• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
