Tofaa India is a premium corporate gifting consultancy focused on creating thoughtful, personalized and memorable gifting experiences for corporates, real estate developers, leadership teams, employees and business clients.

We are building a distinctive premium brand and are looking for a Brand Manager who can take ownership of our brand strategy, marketing direction and agency partnerships.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded qualified who can identify what Tofaa needs from a branding and marketing perspective, develop a clear plan, and work with external agencies and our in-house design team to execute it.
This role will work directly with company leadership and play a key part in building Tofaa's market presence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop Tofaa's brand positioning, messaging, identity and competitive differentiation.
• Research competitors, customer behaviour,



target industries and market opportunities.
• Build a consistent and premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop quarterly and annual brand-building roadmaps.

Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Identify the right channels to reach corporate decision-makers, HR teams, procurement leaders, real estate developers and CXOs.
• Plan brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, partnerships and content strategies.
• Prepare marketing budgets, campaign objectives, timelines and performance metrics.
• Recommend initiatives based on business priorities rather than trends alone.

Agency Selection & Management
• Identify and evaluate branding, creative, digital marketing, PR and performance marketing agencies.
• Prepare clear briefs covering business objectives, audiences, deliverables, budgets and KPIs.
• Evaluate agency proposals, creative concepts and strategic recommendation
