At Please See//, we are looking for a Senior Brand Director to lead some of our most significant client relationships and help grow the accounts and teams around them.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building things - brands, businesses, relationships and teams. Someone who is curious about our clients’ businesses, ambitious about the work we make for them, and always looking for where the relationship could go next.
You’ll lead a portfolio of large, complex brands, building trusted relationships with senior clients and working closely with our strategy, creative and brand teams. You’ll be responsible for the quality and growth of those relationships, the commercial health of the accounts, and the teams delivering the work.
What You’ll Do
• Lead senior client relationships across a portfolio of major branding, packaging and marketing accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming someone they turn to for a clear and considered point of view.
• Understand our clients’ businesses and identify where brand,



design and communication can help solve larger business challenges.
• Take ownership of account growth, identifying opportunities for new workstreams, extensions and longer-term partnerships.
• Oversee complex, multi-workstream accounts and ensure teams are aligned around the client’s priorities and the larger brand ambition.
• Work closely with strategy and creative leadership to ensure the work is strategically strong, creatively ambitious and right for the client’s business.
• Lead Brand Leads and Brand Partners, giving them the direction, support and challenge they need to run solid accounts and grow in their roles.
• Take responsibility for the commercial health of your portfolio, including scopes, budgets, profitability and resourcing.
• Anticipate account risks and opportunities early, and take ownership of resolving them.
• Play a senior role in pitches and new business opportunities, particularly where your experi
