Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role is a full time, on-site position based in Aonla. The TSM will be responsible for driving sales of Airtel Enterprise Services within the assigned territory, including acquiring new business customers and growing relationships with existing accounts. Daily activities include meeting clients, understanding their communication needs,



proposing suitable enterprise solutions, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The TSM will prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate account records, and work towards achieving territory revenue and growth targets.
