Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a analytical Inclusion and Diversity Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Maintain and optimize critical IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
