Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Media Planner with solid expertise in offline media planning, buying, negotiations, campaign execution, and client presentations. The candidate should be capable of developing effective media strategies, preparing comprehensive media plans and pitch presentations, presenting plans confidently to clients, and coordinating with media owners and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and seamless campaign execution.
Exposure to digital media planning and integrated media solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Media Planning & Strategy
• Develop comprehensive media plans based on client briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and communication priorities.
• Plan campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor (OOH/DOOH), Cinema, and other relevant media platforms.




• Recommend appropriate media mix and strategic opportunities to maximise reach, frequency, visibility, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse media consumption trends, market insights, audience data, and competition activity to strengthen planning recommendations.
• Provide digital media exposure and integrate digital platforms into offline media plans wherever relevant.

2. Media Buying & Negotiation
• Coordinate with media owners, vendors, broadcasters, publishers, and other media partners to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
• Evaluate media proposals, identify value-added opportunities, and optimise campaign costs.
• Prepare detailed media cost estimates, budget breakups, media schedules, and comparative statements.
• Ensure timely media bookings, release orders, and campaign execution as per approved plans and budgets.
