Teleperformance is seeking technically proficient and customer-oriented professionals for its Technical Customer Support team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting knowledge, and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to technical products and services.
- Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide effective resolutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate upgrades, additional services, and relevant solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Meet defined customer satisfaction, productivity, and sales performance targets.




- Maintain accurate interaction records and comply with process-specific quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities are required.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve upselling targets.
- Customer-focused approach with robust problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
