Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – C&I; & MEP (Fit-out Projects)

Role Description
We are looking for experienced Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors for multiple openings across our Pre-Contract and Post-Contract teams, covering Civil & Interiors (C&I;) and MEP packages for commercial fit-out projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Depending on the candidate’s experience and specialization, the role will focus on C&I; Pre-Contract, C&I; Post-Contract, MEP Post-Contract, or a combination of these areas.
Candidates available for immediate joining or with a short notice period will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract – C&I;
• Preparation of preliminary estimates, detailed cost plans and project budgets.
• Quantity take-offs and preparation of detailed BOQs for Civil & Interiors packages.
• Review of drawings, specifications and scope requirements.
• Tendering, bid evaluation and preparation of commercial compara
