PR & Communications Lead
(Full time / Contract | On-site – Noida, hybrid available)

Every piece we make has a story worth telling: the craft, the women who wear it, the founders behind it. We’re looking for the person who makes sure the right people hear it.

Lehenga Lovestory is an ethnic fashion house with bridal at its heart. Our pieces are hand-embroidered and made to order, for every woman at the celebration.

Your Role
A senior, hands-on role that owns how the brand is seen and spoken about, end to end: strategy, media relations, founder visibility and reporting. You’ll work closely with the founders and the marketing, social media and film teams.

What You’ll Work On
• Build the PR strategy and calendar around launches, campaigns and the wedding season
• Win coverage in the fashion, bridal and lifestyle press, in print, online and on broadcast
• Build the founders’ profiles through interviews, features, panels and awards
• Develop relationships with editors, stylists, celebrities and creators who shape what our customers notice
• Keep the brand’s story,



tone and messages consistent everywhere it appears
• Report to the founders every month on coverage, reach and impact

Who You Are
• 7–10 years in PR or communications, with at least 4 years leading accounts or campaigns yourself
• Fashion, lifestyle, luxury or wedding industry experience is highly preferred
• A track record you can show: coverage secured and the stories behind it
• A trusted network among fashion and lifestyle editors, journalists and creators
• A sharp writer and storyteller, with a calm hand when things don’t go to plan
• Fluent in English and Hindi
