We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Technical Lead to build and deliver enterprise applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, React, and Next.js.

You will own technical implementation across the frontend, backend, databases, and deployment, while guiding a team of developers. The role requires solid backend engineering depth, practical frontend expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable software. You should be comfortable writing code, reviewing architecture, resolving production issues, and taking features through to release.

Key Responsibilities• Lead full-stack development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python, Django, DRF, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.



Take ownership of features from technical design through implementation, testing, and production release.
• Own technical design and architecture: Translate product and business requirements into clear technical designs, data models, API contracts, and implementation plans. Choose appropriate monolithic, modular monolithic, or microservices architectures based on application needs.
• Build robust backend services: Develop reusable business logic and well-structured APIs with appropriate validation, authentication, authorization, pagination, versioning, and error handling.
• Develop responsive frontend applications: Build accessible, reusable interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent frameworks. Apply App Router, Server and Client Components, SSR, and SSG appropriately.
