Role Description The Guest Relations Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing a welcoming, professional experience to clients and visitors through digital and phone-based channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming inquiries, responding to guest questions, and ensuring that all interactions reflect high-quality customer service standards. The role involves coordinating virtual reception activities, such as handling calls,
