Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding GLI’s market presence in logistics and transportation services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines. The Business Development Manager collaborates with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and service capabilities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
