Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed People Programs Lead to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Familiarity with up-to-date HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack,



Zoom, Teams).
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
