Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager at Aaryam Hotel and Resorts will oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience at the Joshimath property. This full-time, in office role includes managing front office and housekeeping teams, coordinating maintenance and property upkeep, and monitoring service standards across all guest touchpoints. The role involves handling guest feedback, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service. The Hotel Operations Manager will also be responsible for staff scheduling, training, and performance management, as well as supporting inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic financial reporting related to operations. Collaboration with leadership to implement brand standards, improve processes, and support new experience offerings is a key part of this position.
Qualifications
• Strong Operations Management skills, including overseeing daily hotel functions, coordinating departments, and maintaining service quality.




• Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through excellent Customer Service and a guest-first mindset.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management in a clear, professional manner.
• Experience in Training hospitality staff, coaching teams, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Prior experience in hotel or resort operations management, preferably in leisure or destination properties.
• Proficiency in basic hospitality systems (PMS, reservation platforms) and understanding of front office and housekeeping processes.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accountability.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by
