Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Executive Compensation Senior Manager to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll cycles.
• Evaluate salary structures, equity plans, and bonus frameworks.
• Analyze and benchmark internal compensation against market data.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize benefit plan offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Deep expertise in compensation modeling and salary benchmarking.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance regarding pay equity and labor laws.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
