Role Description The Product Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on driving adoption of ONE Simulation’s healthcare training products. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions to educational institutions, hospitals, and training centers.



The specialist will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to support renewals and upsell opportunities. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with product and operations teams to align offerings with client needs, preparing proposals and sales reports, and providing feedback from the market to inform product development. The person in this role will represent ONE Simulation at meetings, events, and conferences as needed and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout every interaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, understand needs, and provide clear product information.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals in B2B or healthcare/education markets.
