Job Description

Job Title: Community Manager
Department: F&B; Operations
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Experience: 6-7 years (F&B; & hospitality)

Role Summary
Own the strategy and execution of the brand’s community across outlets. Build a loyal base of regulars and fans, drive footfall through community-led initiatives, and work with outlet and operations teams so that online engagement turns into real visits.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Community strategy and growth
Define and run the community roadmap across digital platforms and offline touchpoints.
Build and manage loyalty groups, WhatsApp communities and regulars’ clubs.
Set engagement guidelines and a consistent brand voice across all outlets.

2. Outlet and operations collaboration
Work with outlet managers and ops leads on community events, theme nights, tastings and activations.
Align community calendars with outlet-level footfall and revenue goals.
Act as the link between the marketing, content and operations teams.

3. Influencer, creator and partnership management
Build and manage a network of food bloggers, creators and local influencers.
Plan invites, barters and collaborations, and track deliverables and ROI.
Manage brand tie-ups and community collaborations in Mumbai.

4. Analytics and reporting
Track community growth, engagement, event attendance and campaig
