Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Noida. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify prospective students and institutional partners, conduct lead generation activities, and nurture relationships through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.



The role involves conducting market research to understand student needs, competitive offerings, and trends in online higher education, and using these insights to inform outreach strategies. The associate will deliver presentations and demos about LearningShala’s services, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to drive enrollment growth and partnership opportunities. The position also includes meeting defined targets, preparing regular performance reports, and providing feedback to help improve processes and student experience.
