• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Robust knowledge of payroll systems and global benefits administration.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Deep expertise in compensation modeling and salary benchmarking.
